Fun with the Court

In chapter 16, we discuss the role of the judiciary.  The Freakonomics blog mentions a couple of websites on which students can have fun with what they learn.

• FantasySCOTUS.net is a Supreme Court fantasy league in which players compete to see who can predict case outcomes most accurately.
  
• Ian Ayres has an applet (http://islandia.law.yale.edu/ayres/courtApplet/courtApplet.html) for predicting the votes of Anthony Kennedy, currently the "swing" justice on the Supreme Court.
