In our chapter on public opinion, we discuss "dial groups," which register their reaction to video presentations by twisting a dial. The conservative group Resurgent Republic conducted a dial test on January 25, 2011 in Columbus, OH. Participating were 30 voters - 9 Democrats (Blue Line), 13 Independents (Yellow Line), and 8 Republicans (Red Line). The Independents were identified as undecided on whether they would re-elect President Obama. The higher the lines go, the more the respondents agree.
