The list includes one senator, Mazie Hirono (D-Hawaii), born in Japan, and five House members: Ted Lieu (D-Calif.), born in Taiwan; Raul Ruiz (D-Calif.), born in Mexico; Norma Judith Torres, (D-Calif.), born in Guatemala; Albio Sires (D-N.J.), born in Cuba; and Ileana Ros-Lehtinen (R-Fla.), born in Cuba.
